The purpose of the Loan Coordinator position is to support and enhance how your current loan team operates. key responsibilities

Review the loan app package for completeness and accuracy
Assist with the loan approval process as needed
Communicate with Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of the file process
Assist processing team with order outs, credit supplements, payoffs, VOM’s, VOR’s, EOI

Additional TASKS

Organize e-folders and update File Contacts
Run Dataverify and pull Demotech
Order Flood Certs and input flood information
Mark disclosures Ready to Ship
Pull USPS and order Appraisal
Monitor processing pipeline to ensure closing VOES are done
Upload Invoices
Open Escrow and request the title package
Verify/Validate Borrower’s name matches contract
Assign processor and move milestone
Review conditional approval and proactively requests Third Party Conditions
