As you grow your business, support your team with a trained, organized, and strong Loan Officer Assistant. NOC PH LOAs take responsibility for the clerical tasks needed to close loans and proactively communicate so your team is constantly in sync!

key responsibilities

All loan teams run differently, and the duties of every member differ. Below are some of NOC LOAs’ key responsibilities and some additional tasks other teams have added to their plates.

For the client:

  • Send loan app, disclosures & needs list in the initial email
  • Assist in filling out the app, sending docs, and answering any client questions

 

For the loan team:

  • Review Lender conditions with L.O. and gather necessary items from clients
  • Track the loan process from submission to closing and ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep track of and update pipeline dates

Additional TASKS

  • Organize e-folders and update File Contacts.
  • Run Dataverify and pull Demotech.
  • Order Flood Certs and input flood information.
  • Mark disclosures Ready to Ship.
  • Pull USPS and order Appraisal.
  • Monitor processing pipeline to ensure closing VOES are done.
  • Upload Invoices.
  • Open Escrow and request the title package.
  • Verify/Validate Borrower’s name matches contract.
  • Assign processor and move milestone.
  • Review conditional approval and proactively requests Third Party Conditions.
