– Collaborate with loan closers to address any outstanding issues or discrepancies in the loan documents.
Technology Use:
– Demonstrate proficiency in loan origination software and other relevant technologies.
Customer Service:
– Provide assistance and support to customers who may have questions about their loan documentation or the closing process.

Additional TASKS

Complete forms and checklists required by investors in a timely manner.
Notify the appropriate department or personnel of any file deficiencies and respond to missing documentation requests.
