objective of the role

The purpose of the Loan Coordinator position is to support and enhance how your current loan team operates. Increasing your team’s productivity, efficiency, and bandwidth with a loan coordinator leads to more business and a happier team. key responsibilities

Review purchase advices for accuracy and completeness. This includes checking for missing information, verifying quantities and prices, and ensuring that all information is correct.
Compare purchase advices to other documents. Purchase advice reconcilers compare purchase advices to invoices, packing slips, and other documents to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Research and resolve discrepancies. Purchase advice reconcilers research and resolve discrepancies by contacting suppliers, reviewing purchase orders, and investigating other sources of information.
Maintain records of purchase advice reconciliations. Purchase advice reconcilers maintain records of all purchase advice reconciliations to track progress and identify any trends.

Processing purchase orders: Purchase advice reconcilers may be responsible for processing purchase orders, which involves creating purchase orders, routing them for approval, and tracking their status.
Monitoring vendor performance: Purchase advice reconcilers may monitor vendor performance by tracking metrics such as on-time delivery rates and invoice accuracy.
Identifying and managing risks: Purchase advice reconcilers may identify and manage risks associated with the procurement process, such as supplier fraud and supply chain disruptions.
Conducting audits: Purchase advice reconcilers may conduct audits of the procurement process to identify and address any deficiencies.
Providing training: Purchase advice reconcilers may provide training to other employees on the procurement process.
