My journey with NOC so far has been full of new opportunities , the founders/management believed in what I can contribute to the company. I've learned a lot from the tasks I am handling and I continue to grow professionally as the company always make sure that we never stop learning by having talks about leaderships, communication and others. Work is not always fun but my NOC Family never missed a chance to ask us how we are doing and what can they do to make work little more easier. For me who fulfills more than one role they constantly remind me to rest and make sure that work and life balance is still there.
